Privacy Policy

Kutty Tamil is a Tamil-language learning app for young children. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with information.

1. No accounts, no personal information collected

The app does not require or ask for a name, email address, birthdate, photo, location, or any other personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user profile of any kind.

2. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking or advertising identifiers. Nothing about how a child uses the app is measured, recorded, or shared.

3. Network use

All of the app's content — images, videos, and word pronunciations — is bundled directly inside the app. The app works fully offline and makes no network requests of any kind.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Kutty Tamil is designed for children roughly ages 3–7. Because the app collects no personal information and contains no advertising or tracking, it is built to align with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR provisions for children's data protection.

5. Data storage

Any files the app saves (such as a downloaded pronunciation clip) are stored locally on the device only, for offline reuse. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party for storage.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
